Under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza, Minister of Energy, the 1st Middle East Process Engineering Conference and Exhibition (MEPEC) to be held on 23-26 October 2011

“The 1st Middle East Process Engineering Conference and Exhibition (MEPEC) 2011” which is scheduled to be held in the Kingdom of Bahrain from the 23rd to the 26th of October, 2011 at the Gulf International Convention Center (Gulf Hotel) under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza, Minister of Energy, Kingdom of Bahrain.

Speaking on this occasion, Mr. A. Mohsen Almajnouni, Conference Chairman said: “holding this conference for the first time in Bahrain, reflects its importance as a vital component in the automated operation and monitoring of complex technical processes, and to highlight its significant role in equipping the project team with an efficient and lean development process.”

“In its first edition, MEPEC witnessed overwhelming response, with over 45 exhibitors from many local, regional, and international companies, suppliers, manufacturers participating in the exhibition held in parallel with the conference. Elaborating, Eng. Almajnouni said “The conference significance stems from deepening communications and exchanging experiences among participants, through conducting an integrated technical program discussing important topics. The Conference and Exhibition serves as an excellent opportunity for sharing knowledge, experiences and lessons learned on contemporary issues affecting industries that are process engineering related.”
