Offshore Middle East 2009

Offshore Middle East 2009, the only event dedicated to offshore oil & gas technology in the Middle East, will be held on 27 – 29 October 2009 in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. The event, which is hosted by Saudi Aramco and held under the Patronage of H.E. Dr. Abdul-Hussain Bin Ali Mirza, Minister of Oil & Gas Affairs and Chairman of the National Oil & Gas Authority, Kingdom of Bahrain, provides a forum where industry leaders can address technical issues, introduce pioneering technology and share lessons learned.

Offshore Middle East will see Mr. Abdulla I. Al-Kubaisy, Manager Safaniya Offshore Producing Department, Saudi Aramco, chair the proceedings while Mr. Fahad A. Al Moosa, VP of Northern Area Oil Operation, Offshore Operations, Saudi Aramco will provide an opening welcome.
