MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:
· Developed and established an effective and profitable retail network country wide worth millions of dollars for two major multinationals.
· Controlled, analyzed and updated the commercial conditions of each project. In this regard, developed sales strategy, conducted market analysis, evolved focus groups, and conducted segmentation studies, which led to better revenue generation and overall growth across the network.
· Conducted and prepared bid evaluation report for privatization of Sui- Northern Gas and won the bid in final tendering.
