1.Spliting products into classes of blend to order & blend to stock and sets the target inventory levels of the blend to stock products in line with the established inventory management targets and taking into account constraints related to capacity and production execution.
2. Preparing a monthly Master Production Schedule (MPS), from which daily production plans are generated.
3. Following up on the execution of the set plans with the concerned parties
