• Designing, manufacturing and assembling of Equal Channel Angular Extrusion (ECAE) Die among a group of six students as a Thesis project:
• Designed the die using background research, AutoCAD, freehand sketches and finite element analysis
• Manufacturing of the die with the corporation of Sakr Military Factory for Advanced Manufacturing Techniques
• Manufacturing of the heat jacket that raises the temperature up to 700?C to heat up the die and preserve mechanical properties
