* 16 years of controls and process automation experience in Hydrocarbon industry .
* Experience is holistic including the various facets from engineering to optimization in controls, optimization, safety protection and field instrumentation.
* Life cycle experience with a major grass root plant? from detailed engineering to debottlenecking and optimization in one of the largest refineries in the world.
* Single point responsibility for the implementation of the DCS/ESD systems and later the APC systems at the FCC plant in the Reliance refinery, India.
* Exposure to work practices with Industry leaders like UOP, Shell, Bechtel , Reliance ,Saudi Aramco ?Mobil and Abudhabi National Oil Company(ADNOC)
* DCS ,APC and PI systems administration and projects implementation with ADNOC refinery.
* Work experience with the latest industrial solutions in the process industry with the Post year 2000 models of DCS/ESD/ PLCs/APC /Anti surge systems /Machine monitoring systems and Analysers.
* TQMS and SAP work experience.Experience with Operations Integrity Management system (OIMS) from Exxon Mobil. Familiar with engineering software including INTOOLS.
Eductation
Bachelors degree in engineering with honours
Certification
Curently pursuing CAP --certified Automation Professional from ISA
