„X Ensure in conjunction with Divisions Managers and Area Managers all purchasing is carried out in a way most advantageous to the company in terms of price and commercial terms and conditions.
„X Responsible for all arrangement for the Import & Export.
„X Ensure that all purchase orders specify the requirements of individual projects and the Division including technical, contractual, programming and quality assurance requirements.
„X Responsible for all shipping arrangements to import / export material, plant and equipment, including but not limited to checking the documentation and authentication of the bill of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, and the required third party inspection and or any other required shipping document.
„X Ensure timely purchase of material and equipment in accordance with the program requirements of individual projects.
„X Supervise material stores; check handling, storage and dispatch. Also receive discrepancy reports, take actions to repair or replace damaged,
„X Liaise with Managers of Divisions for the standardization of material, and provide guidance in the selection of suppliers / subcontractors for the development of quotation for local and foreign purchases.
„X Ensure all procurement activities are carried out in accordance with companies Quality and HSE Systems. Negotiate with suppliers / subcontractors to obtain the most advantageous price, terms and conditions on purchase orders
„X Issue and obtain approvals for purchase orders from the Managing Director or his delegate.
„X Coordinate with the senior accountant and provide information on any purchase processed and approved.
„X Participate in conjunction with companies?¦ management to determine procurement policies, procedures and strategy.
„X Define general and specific conditions for purchasing, negotiate pricing agreements and establish local requirements for documentation.
„X Liaise with the Managing Director and Division Managers to coordinate and control the purchasing of equipment and material for the company.
„X Procure contract consumable material and equipment
