Planning of Annual budget required for repair and maintenance cost.
nsure Less Man Time Between Repair (MTBR) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
To ensure the availability of all critical spares required during machine breakdown.
Responsible for maintaining the inventory (machinery spares) value within the given targets.
Preparing of preventive maintenance schedule and adherence for the same.
Troubleshooting of machine breakdowns (Fanuc system and PLC'S).
