• Sampling & analysing the gas from process by using Chromatography method
• Checking Glycol pH with electronic pH meter. and Determination the water content by KF titration method
• Monitor the oil PPM in the disposable water by using Spectrophotometer and check free chlorine in cooling water with same method
• Measuring the salt in Export oil by using conductivity cell and ASTM D-3230
• Doing the BS&W test and Specific Gravity of export oil in accordance with the relevant of ASTM procedures
• Carries out the Potentiometric titration for the Export oil to find out (H2S PPM ) and applies the same method to check TAN for lube oil
• Determination Lube oil Flash point by using PRENSKY-MARTENS closed flash tester
• Determination of Calcium & Magnesium and total Hardness in Portable Water by EDTA titration
• Doing online DEW POINT test of export gas and for instrument air by means of SHAW moisture meter
• using SONIC composition monitor – model 87 with MEA samples from sweating system
• Applies the ASTM procedure D-323 to determinate the RVP of export oil
• Make corrosion scanning by using MATT II instrument and CORRDATA PLUS Software
• Familiar to all laboratory tests and PC using
