Australian Army - completing with a high achievement in training I chose Catering corps, after 2months changed due to my dislike for mass production of food, with my high achievement transferred

Air Transport – being one of the most valued positions obtainable within the Royal Australian Army I became an Air Dispatcher with the 176 Air Dispatch Squadron Penrith NSW, working closely with the SAS and the RAAF, with the cut to the military budget I finished my service @ Cunungra Land warfare Centre Queensland

Foster Construction USA- I lived in Arizona for 9months where I re-laying fresh water pipes into Palm Springs and clearing housing bocks on the Colorado River

Chop Stix – from a delivery driver to the head chef, due to my ongoing passion for food and a keen knowledge to learn.
