Electrical Supervisor Nature of Work : Maintenance and troubleshooting

Carried out the maintenance of Power Generation and Distribution Transformers up to 10 kV, 33kv and familiar with gas insulated switchboard fitted with digital protection. Merlin gerin SEPAM and ABB-REF-542, SF-6, vacuum, and Air circuit breakers, VFD for soft starting of compressor, and L.V. system. Merlin Gerin- with P&B relays Holec with – CLINK system. Testing and calibrating of L.V. protective relays, and also familiar with U.P.S systems, Maintenance of HV motors, emergency diesel generators, LV motors. EOT cranes, trouble shooting of MOV’s, LNG condensate and sulphur ship loaders. Installation maintenance and testing of other electrical equipment’s. Laying glanding and termination of power control cables. Trouble shooting and repair plant and outdoor lighting systems. Trouble shooting of control circuits etc.
Familiar with hazardous area Zone 1, 2 flameproof equipment’s cold and hot work, permits other safety equipments, petrochemical industry etc.

Secondary School Certificate certified from state board of secondary education Kerala.
Pre Degree (plus two) from Kerala University Education Board
Technical
Diploma in Electrical Engineering from board of technical education,

H2s Escape training, breathing apparatus training from -
