To secure a position as Production Superintendent / Production Supervisor on an Offshore Production Platform , FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) or Refinery on shore for commisioning and start up.

Currently employed on a FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading unit) as a Control Room Operator ( 17 years DCS experience) . Process experience onboard include high pressure gas units, subsea control of wells, degassers, separators, treaters, fuel gas systems, Glycol Dehydration, gas compression, gas injection , water injection, seawater system.

Extensive experience has been gained on the FA Production Platform as a Senior Process Controller. In addition, experience was gained as Senior Technician in Operations, Production Superintendent and Operations Training Officer in Process Operations SASOL 1 & 11. Extensive experience was gained at High Pressure Gas Units. A successful track record is thus offered in achieving challenging on-specification production targets, providing the highest possible level of safety for the Platform and its personnel, project management, multiple shift control, developing the competence of specialist personnel and co-ordinate various activities on board the FA Platform. Valuable experience was also gained from writing various commissioning and operating procedures.
Academic qualifications include NTC 111 (National Technical Certificate) in Advanced Plant Operations and the National Diploma in Chemical Engineering. An achievement has been the progress made towards the Higher National Diploma in which there are only four outstanding subjects.
A wide range of Technical, Safety and Supervisory courses offered by SASOL, SOEKOR and PetroSA have also been successfully undertaken.
