Daily Job Activity:
-Monitoring all of LPG Gas ProcessinginTrain-1 and Train-2trought ABB CCR and PLC Allen Bradley nd also preparing daily report operation in order can reach higher productivity including making report to superior if there is near miss incident to prevent fatal accident in all of process area
- Handling and Operating Ariel Multistage Compressor High Pressure(700Psig)
* 1st stage pressure from 45 ~ 350 Psig
* 2nd stage pressure from 350 ~ 700 Psig
Using touch screen PLC Allen Bradley control system to control the compressors
- Refrigeration operation mycon screw compressor, pressure 350 psig,temperature- 45C .
* As a driven motor was using gas engine caterpillar system GG-3512 * The compressors were controlled by PLC Allen Bradley touch screen control system
- MEG glycol system operation to prevent gas freezing in Cold separator.
* MEG was injected into gas-gas heat exchanger through tube bundles
* JT-valves was used before gas comes into the chiller system
- Fractionation tower operation with reflux and reboiler circulation. Temperature - 4 C, pressure 217 Psig.
* Gas was cooled in the condenser. Propane use as a coller media to condens the gas
* another condenser was used fin-fan to make gas becoming liquid fraction
- Hot oil operation, temperature 405 C.
* Gas burner is used to burn the hot oil until the the temperature was desire
* Therminol-oil 55 was used as a oil to make circulation oil in the oil system.
* Honeywell controlling temperature was used to control it
- PLC Allen Bradley train-1 and train-2.
* this is as a main control system, where is Ethane, Propane, buthane and condensate fraction were formed.
* Set point conrtrolling and process parameter were defined here
- ABB DCS control system and touch screen controlling.
Utility Area
- 2 Gas Engines Caterpilar G-3316 operation with obtain power 1.2 MW
- 2 Diesel engines operation with obtain power 800 KW.
- Fire pump testing with diesel as a driven in each process area to prevent if only there is a fire happen
- Load Test for power generator with AVRON controlling until 1 MW
