Job Summary
Responsible for Training and Expatriate Personnel Affairs Section
Main Tasks
• Responsible for the annual appraisal process according to the company procedures and in accordance with the head office in Denmark.
• Responsible for designing, planning and implementing the annual training plan for head office employees according to the “training needs analysis”, relevant department manager recommendations, performance review, and approved budget and in accordance with the head office in Denmark.
• Keeping track of training evaluation and feedback forms, and delivering training statistics and reports.
• Designing and delivering “Performance appraisal” training program for field senior personnel
• Updating the company HR policy
• Designing the company’s job application form.
• Designing and implementing the new hired employees’ job offer, welcome package, and orientation program.
• Resourcing, screening and primary selection of expatriate personnel for vacant openings
• Responsible for implementing transfers, promotions, terminations of expatriate personnel.
• Responsible for arranging means of crew change for expatriates (airline & hotel reservations)
• Ensuring that laws and governmental procedures and correctly applied and acquired (work permit, work visa, desert and boarder passes …etc)
• Preparing and submitting monthly and periodically head count and location reports.
• Responsible for reviewing and approving expatriate salary invoices according to the approved time sheets and compensation plan.
• Responsible for reviewing and recording expatriate personnel’s time sheets, according to the working schedules
• Participating in local employees recruitment campaigns (interviewing, evaluation, primary selection) AUC and Arab academy employment fairs
• Keeping track of annual vacation balance for expatriate head office employees.
• Responsible for any arrangements for local employees traveling abroad (visas, airline tickets, hotel reservations, advance amounts…etc.)
• Reporting to the HR manager
