* Actively participated in the Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start Up work at Ethylene Production Unit.

* Providing technical support for safe operation of plant functionality of DCS and ESD System. ( Triconex - TMR)
* Preparation and testing of logical sequence and interlock in start-up and shut down based on cause and effect diagram.
* Reading and understanding the process flow schematics, functional gate logic, ladder, FBD and relay logic.
* Effective corrective maintenance at breakdown period in ESD system, complex loop logic and replacement of I/O and associated modules.
* Involved in day to day preventive maintenance for field instruments, individually and team wise. Inspection, calibration, loop simulation based on ISO procedure and standards.

* Exposure to servicing and calibration of SMART instrument devices with HART compatibility on line and offline.
* Exposure to servicing and calibration of SMART positioner like FIELDVUE DVC 6000 SERIES.
* Periodic checks carried out in tri loops ( 2 out of 3 voting) and status confirmation, alarm simulation and verification.
* Shutdown, start up sequences checking, monitoring the status in DCS and answer back confirmation
* Bently Neveda vibration monitoring system ( 7200,3300 and 3500 ) probe installation and calibration of probes and monitors with TK3.
