Quality Control Chemist / Chemical process engineer

To achieve an excellence in the field of“Quality Control”in my career and provide services with commitment and dedication in a career oriented organization,which will offer me a challenging and motivated environment.

1)To supervise all the activities carried out of QC Lab. & Quality assurance.
2)To develop specifications and analytical methods of all materials,in process and final products and associated Standard Operating Procedures required for the effective operations of the Quality Control Department.
3)Testing of pretreated treated and distilled water.
4)Testing of Lubricants, HFO and HSD.
5)Testing of raw material, in process and final product testing using high tech equipments such as Atomic Absorption, spectrophotometer.
6)To ensure all safety requirements in the Quality Control Laboratory and make arrangement for time to time training of all staff in the said areas.
7)To Ensure all instruments in the Quality Control Laboratory are timely calibrated.
8)To review batch-manufacturing records, batch packing records, and reconcile the batch history to ensure that all necessary quality, regulatory and other required are fully implemented and release final product for marketing and maintain all batch manufacturing, and batch packing records in sequential manner.
9)To plan and conduct stability studies of all products and maintain proper stability records.
10)To provide necessary technical guidance to the Quality Assurance Officers concerned, for their specified duties as and when required, to solve technical problems.
11)To monitor all of the analytical process performed by the concerned officers
12)To get the Quality Control Laboratories record and retain sample stored properly.
13)To be responsible for the smooth working of the sections concerned and to keep related instruments in good running condition with the help of Quality Assurance Officers.
14)To monitor and control of manufacturing environment.
15)To carryout any additional task assigned by seniors / competent authority.
