Controlled and monitored budget expenditure (opex and capex) to effectively reduce operating costs as per the company objectives.

ensured that the operations are carried out in the safest, most efficient and cost effective manner by optimising and trouble shooting of production operations as well as monitoring of the production and equipment performance.

actively participated in the development and implementation of the company hse management system and promoted positive culture of safety, health and environmental protecting amongst company and contractor's staff as well as a risk-based approach working practices. Measured and reviewed the system performance by using both positive and lagging indicators as well as devising hse improvement plans.
