Work Experience:
June 2003 to-date: Working as IT Support Engineer at Occidental Petroleum Pakistan Inc. (OXY). Scope of work involves Support & Administration of all IT & Telecom Infrastructure at Islamabad office.
Sep 2002 to May 2003: Worked as Customer Services Engineer with Jaffer Brothers (Pvt.) Ltd. (JBS). Responsible for installing new IT Solutions & providing support for existing infrastructure to the existing and new clients & Resident Engineer at Occidental Petroleum (Pakistan), Inc. Islamabad Office. Responsibilities included complete Client / Server environment and Hardware/Software Infrastructure, LAN/WAN, VPN-client, CITRIX and AS/400-clients support.

I am nearing 29 years of age and well equipped with up to date IT & Telecom practical skill-set and knowledge. Having done MBA with majors in MIS, I have developed a business attitude with a flare of Technology -being A+ Certified-. During the past six (06) years of my working life, I have pocketed extensive Helpdesk experience, Network / System Administration experience and Project management/support experience. Since the early stages of my career, I have been working with a wide range of hardware ranging from CISCO routers, different Radio-Modems and Satellite-equipment as well as SOHO Switches/Hubs and State-of-the-Art Compaq Proliant Single, Dual & Quad processor servers.
