MNW Offshore Process Platform Project, ONGC, Mumbai
- Deck piping fabrication including preparation of piping loops based on P&ID’s
- Co-ordination for Fabrication of 12 Nos Skids Assemblies which included Structural Skid, Interconnecting Piping and 17 nos ASME Code Stamped Vessels at Yard.
- Mechanical clearance, hydro testing & box up of piping systems
- Follow up with Engineering for in-time availability of piping GAD’s, ISO’s & resolution of major yard fabrication queries
- Execution of existing test separators revamping job at offshore at BHN and NQ Complex and Erection and commissioning of 3 Nos Produced Water Conditioning System and 1 No Degasser Skids at offshore after removal of existing Induced Gas Floatation unit and Clarifier Unit by Cold Cutting.
- Co-ordination & follow up with Procurement for speedy arrivals of materials at yard
Songo Songo Gas to Power Generation Project Dar Es Saalaam Tanzanaia
- Engineering & Procurement co-ordination for ordering of Materials
- Piping fabrication activities at Contractors Fabrication yard, Dar Es Saalaam
- Involved in Marine Logistics for Transportation of Project material from Dar Es Saalaam to Songo Songo Island.
- Preparation of piping loops based on P&ID’s / isometrics & system clearance from certifying agencies
- Mechanical clearance, box up & hydro testing of Piping loops at Offshore and Onshore
- Erection, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning at Offshore & certification of same from client
