Manufacturing Technician(Preventive Maintenance Technician and Line Sustaining Technician)
• Maintain burn-in equipment and processes. Sustain and set-up Criteria 18 burn-in oven and Schlumberger BLU, Advantest Tester and Handler. Ensure that process and equipment indicator goals are maintained.
• Perform on the spot troubleshooting and repair of all equipment related breakdowns. Provides quick and quality repairs during the complete hour of duty. Performed monthly PM and calibration including installation and qualification of newly arrived equipment. Participate in designing, prototyping and implementing productivity projects.
• Responsible for sustaining technical functions in support of manufacturing test area, job includes such as equipment repairs, fault isolation assists, set up etc.
• Maintaining and enforcing safety and orderliness of my work area. Flexibility to sustain other equipment and areas, active involvement on any task force aims to improve process and equipment performance.
• Demonstrating and conforming to company work values and basic discipline at work that are critical to safety, quality, productivity and teamwork of the team.
