Two years petroleum industry training under kind control of PARCO in supervision of Petroman & PERAC Ministry of Petroleum in two refineries.
1- National Oil Refinery Ltd. Karachi
2- Pak Arab Refinery Ltd. Mahmood Kot
Worked in the Construction Phase of Pak Arab Refinery as a site Inspector for the following responsibilities.
I. Erection , Commissioning & Start-up activities
Associated with Piping Department to inspect the piping lay out as per P & ID, its material Checking, Insulation installation & painting of the piping. After erection, Hydro-testing, water flushing, Air blowing & Final Re-instatement of piping in pre-commissioning phase.
Associated in the commissioning & Start-up of Rotary equipments for following responsibilities.
High pressure Multi stages Pumps (Centrifugal).
Chemical Injection/Dozing Pump.
Steam Turbines. (Multi stages)
2. NATIONAL OIL REFINERY LTD, KARACHI. ---------- (DEC 1998 TO DEC 2000)
Completed 12 Months Training including 04 months class room training & on job training on behalf of PARCO to deal with the maintenance on a running plant & in turn around. During on job training a good experienced on the maintenance of:
Centrifugal Pump. Single/Multistage. Mechanical seal/Bearing replacement/alignment
Steam Turbine. Overhauling & Carbon seal/Bearing replacement
Reciprocating Injection/Dozing pump. Maintenance/Overhauling
Stationary Equipment. Maintenance work on Heater, Boilers, Vessels, Heat exchangers, valves & tanks.
3. AMMICO CONSTRUCTORS (PVT) LTD. LAHORE ---------- (JULY 1997 TO DEC 1998)
Attached with this firm as a Mechanical supervisor in erection of SABAH POWER PLANT LTD, in Shekhu-pura to deal with the maintenance of the heavy diesel engines & Hydraulic system of Construction Machinery like Bull dozer, Cranes, Excavators & Motor Graders, etc

This training was consisted of 4 months class room training & 20 months on job training.

3- English language & speaking course of three months from American Language Centre Karachi.
4- Maximo (version 4i & 5) C.M.M.S (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
5- Primavera (Data base & Project planning Soft wares) used to manage the Plant maintenance & Refinery Turn Around planning on Level I, II, III, IV.
6- Health, Safety & Environmental training along with Fire fighting training & practices of Emergency response held in Pak Arab Refinery.
