Stationary Equipment Engineer

Seeking maintenance/project oriented role with a multinational organization engaged in Chemicals, Petrochemicals sectors.

Review / improve safety procedures for handling maintenance activities & give the instructions to the technicians.
Ensure that all processes are conducted in accordance with engineering standards
Resources management of manpower, materials and equipment.
Develop plan and execute rigging of heavy loads
Ensure safety of plant and personnel during job execution
Good knowledge of international standards for quality maintenance work
Review spares requirement, generate enquiries, carryout correspondence with vendors, review Performa Invoices, order placement, material inspection and regular replenishment of stock items.
Keep track of annual expense budget and streamline expenditures accordingly
Keep proper discipline amongst the technicians and maintain a healthy work friendly environment
Prepare/ review documents for ISO-9000, ISO-14000 & OHSAS-18001 standards and undergo Audits.
Training of technicians for their skills improvement, use of new tools, familiarization with safety & quality standar

Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from ‘University Of Engineering & Technology Lahore- Pakistan’ in 1995.
