1. Receiving Facilities & separation of Raw Gas & condensate
2. Condensate Stabilization
3. Gas treating, producing treated gas, Ethane & LPG at export spec
4. Export gas compression
5. Butane & Propane treatment
6. Sulphur recovery
7. Utilities & Off-sites
8. Export Gas compression to export pipe line to UAE

• Worked as a Maintenance Planner /scheduler in preparing Safe Job Plan packages compiling with Global best Safety Standard procedures(DOW Chemicals Group) for :-
1. Routine Maintenance,
2. Preventive Maintenance,
3. General Turnaround Planning & Scheduling, (familiar in Global Turnaround Methodology)
7. Maintenance Budgeting & Costing, Materials Requirement Planning
9. Maintain Corporate metric for Planning & Scheduling
12. Assists in the update of the jobs to be included in the “week schedule”
13. Identify resource requirements for the scheduled jobs using the job plans
14. Build the “week schedule” making the most effective and efficient use of available resource and issuing the schedule

Since Dec 2001 - Aug 2005 : Worked as a Integrated Activities Maintenance Planning Engineer at PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT OMAN (SHELL GROUP) under Engineering Maintenance Service Contract in PDO

Being as a Planning Supervisor having ENRICHED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS IN PDO’s IAP SYSTEM (Integrated Activities Planning system) USING ERP SUITE SAP R3, minimizing production downtime utilizing SAP
Participating in the compilation of competent plant and equipment maintenance data for review and analysis to establish maintenance & overhauling plan, reliability, ensure availability of equipment, investigate and prevent recurring problems

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: B.E. (Mech) BACHELOR OF MECHANICAL ENGG

• Real Work experience in setting up Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for PPM maintenance Plan & PM Strategies, PM work orders Planning & scheduling for PPM in SAP-R3 , to comply corporate metrics/KPI

• Thorough Knowledge & Experience in preparing RUN to RUN Safe work package which contains all information about required man power, material , tools, equipments, consumables and contract services (External & Internal) to ensure safe, effective execution of the PPM, corrective, Overhauling , shutdown & unplanned jobs

• Having good experience in Scheduling by using P3e (Synchronization between SAP to Primavera (E) and vice versa using Impress software) and man hours utilization report generation and also KPI compliance measurement

• 7 years of Continuous Working Experience in SAP and Primavera (P3e) for Planning & Scheduling

• Develop key maintenance performance indicators reports such as equipment availability, Asset Mechanical reliability, MTBF, PM Overdue reports, back logs, Emergency Jobs etc along with timesheet management and productivity

• Network Logics(PDO Shell Oman- IAP) in SAP(R3) & Primavera (E) in the field of Oil & Gas field, LNG upstream facilities & Petrochemicals having good experience in applying all planning elements, like time, Logic, Calendar, materials expediting, Resourcing man power , Equipments , Special tools, Contracting , vendor supports, etc
