• Work Functions & Responsibilities


 Conduct planned & unplanned audits of workplace HSE.
 Work hand in hand with supervisors and all workforce on daily safety issues.
 Instituting new and continually monitoring / improving existing safety & training guidelines, with both hands-on and administratively.
 Administer company specific “On the job training” programs.
 Monitor, analyze, & reporting of all workplace safety trends.
 Investigation of all unplanned incidents.
 Root cause analysis of injuries &incidents.
 Responsible for all internal & external training of both Expatriate & National crews.
 Conduct weekly safety meetings.
 Chair all safety committees.
 Liaise with various operator & production representatives.
 Control, monitor, create, & improve all job risk assessments
 Installation & upkeep of safety devices, as well as sourcing new ideas.
 Controlling company specific “permit to work” systems, both internally & externally.
 Administer company specific computer based training.
 Work as Site Medical Officer.
