• Work Functions & Responsibilities
Conduct planned & unplanned audits of workplace HSE.
Work hand in hand with supervisors and all workforce on daily safety issues.
Instituting new and continually monitoring / improving existing safety & training guidelines, with both hands-on and administratively.
Administer company specific “On the job training” programs.
Monitor, analyze, & reporting of all workplace safety trends.
Investigation of all unplanned incidents.
Root cause analysis of injuries &incidents.
Responsible for all internal & external training of both Expatriate & National crews.
Conduct weekly safety meetings.
Chair all safety committees.
Liaise with various operator & production representatives.
Control, monitor, create, & improve all job risk assessments
Installation & upkeep of safety devices, as well as sourcing new ideas.
Controlling company specific “permit to work” systems, both internally & externally.
Administer company specific computer based training.
Work as Site Medical Officer.
