4. Section incharge for QS-9000 and ISO 9002 implementation and audit, including PPAP, APQP & DFMEA.
5. Advisor to direct section (production) on Quality Improvement Project - relating to DC motor.
6. Train and guide new engineer and technician

1. Succesfully introduce 2 new renewal models that improve mechanical noise and vibration by DOE/Taguchi method
2. Project leader for packaging standardization (standardize all model/company packaging style).
