To Provide Well Operations Supervision and Engineering

Well Operations Supervisor/ Completions Supervisor, Onshore and Offshore.
Consulting for ADTI onshore for Sub sea Completion, Well testing, Well Interventions Operation (Electric line, Coiled Tubing, Slickline and Pumping operations), Frac operations utilising Frac Boat along side Jack Up. Programming and equipment procurement, source personnel and service companies for operations on Rowan Gorilla V11.
Provide offshore supervision for operations prior to and during the Completion, Well test, Perforation, Intervention’s, and Frac Operation’s beginning to ensure all equipment and personnel arrive on Jack up prior to being required and ensure Programme is followed and completed as per planning Ensure that all operations are carried out in a safe and cost efficient manner.

-Quality assurance
All operations was performed on a jack up utilising Sub sea equipment in the North Sea.
Well Operations Supervisor
Consulted on an “Ad hoc” basis for all the domestic and international Assets for CNR International for Platform’ Semi’s and Jack Up’s.
Also provide onshore support when required for Programming, Planning and Preparation for upcoming Well Services campaign’s.
Responsible for Management and Supervision of all Well Service Contractors on the Installation, In the safe and efficient execution of Well Service Service’s Operations, Completion operations and wellhead maintenance and repair or other activities as agreed with the Installation Manager. Promote a Positive pro-active support for continuous improvement to Health and Safety and Environmental Performance on the Platform, Jack Up or Semi Submersible. Ensure team compliance with the relevant statutory and Company policies and Procedures in the Performance of the Well Service’s Operations, Completion operations and wellhead maintenance and repair Programme’s of work and other duties. These policies and procedures include but are not limited to the following specific documents, Company Permit to Work, Company Well Operations Manual, Contractors Management System, LOLER, COSHH. The timely recording and reporting of information on Well Operations.

High School Education with Standard grades in Technical Drawing, Craft and design and mathematics.

Currently working towards Opito approved Petroleum Open Learning
Oilwell Production Technology (Well Completions, IWCF Well Control for Interventions (Expires 09 Dec 2009), Level 2 Mechanical Wireline SVQ, Free Fall Lifeboat ( RGIT), Tristar Wireline Skills Programme , R.G.I.T. Combined Survival / Fire Fighting, BP Well Productivity Awareness , BP Well Intervention Productivity School ,Expro C.O.S.H.H. Awareness , Expro Risk Assessment , Expro Quality & Safety Induction , Expro Zone Power Mast 43K, ASEP K Lift High Reach Mast, H2S Awareness , Locks & Nipples, Petroline ABD Back Pressure Valve, Petroline Bridge Plugs, Petroline Tubing Hanger Plugs, STOP for Safety, Hydrasun Pressure Fittings and compression fittings, P.S.L. Scale Squeeze, Bacton training well (Gas lift & B Shifting tool & Otis Selective Locks), Baker Sur-set Introduction, E-Line Multi-skilling.

· Successfully complete 5 HPHT well on BP ETAP with Slickline and Coil Intervention’s to lock out FIV’s to prevent work over’s
· Successfully set first Drill flex patch in North Sea utilising Multi skilled crew’s with e-line and Slickline.
· Successfully Fish Coiled Tubing, Tubing conveyed perforating Firing head with Slickline in 72 Deg deviated well, preventing the completion from being pulled.
· Assist with running Multi lateral completion’s, Dual Bore completion’s and Single bore completion’s
· Performed Sub Sea Gas Lift Change outs on Semi’s and Intervention Ship.
· Successfully Plan and execute Wireline Operation’s and Workover operation’s with hydraulic Work Over Unit on Forties Echo.
· Successfully Plan HPHT Wireline Operations for Apache Howgate well.
