Professional Experience

I have more than 17 years of experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical consulting detailed design engineering organization in the field of Secretarial, Document Control, Administration, Personnel and Procurement.

For the last thirteen (13) years I am working in Saudi Arabia with Saudi Aramco, SEC, SABIC and Petrokemya’s various EPC projects as a Secretary/Document Controller.

I was working directly with Saudi Aramco for more than 7 years as Project Management Term (PMT) personnel for the following Projects:
1. Ras Tanura Upgrade Project
2. Ras Tanura South Refinery Rectification Project

Presently working as Saudi Aramco Secretary/Document Controller for the 42” New UWIPS-3 Transfer Line Project (BI-8290) in Saudi Aramco Cross Country Pipeline Projects Division.

Also I was assigned to Yanbu Petrochemical Company (SABIC Group) and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) as leave replacement as an Administrative Assistant.

Eductation

B.A. in Economics, Madurai Kamaraj University (St. Xavier’s College, Palayamkottai), Tamil Nadu.

Certification

Diploma in Computer Science from Xavier Institute of Management, Bombay, India.

Additional Information

• As a Document Controller, my duties included;
- Provide support to all departments for the control of documentation, drawings, project data distribution and reprographics.
- Account for all the documents utilizing the Correspondence Index.
- Provide a secure technical library for project reference standards, procedures and other data for the use of the project.
- Receiving, indexing, distributing, filing, retrieval and tracing of contractor construction documents, QA/QC documents, records, various types of status/progress/ other reports, etc.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining accurate files, handling incoming and outgoing documents, subcontractors’ submittals, developing and maintaining electronic and hard copy documentation system.
- Responsible for the fax operating to take care of all incoming and outgoing faxes and courier services.
