PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus better known by its trade name of ICON+, was established on October 3, 2000, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the state power utility company PT PLN (Persero). It positions to support the state of the art telecommunication and information technology development in Indonesia.

1 May 2004 – Now (Junior Network Engineer Operation and Maintenance Regional Office Jawa Timur)
Responsibility:
1. Handling East Java customers' complaint and giving full support in application and knowledge as the added value of using our product.
2. Handling East Java Networks to keep Available whenever, wherever just in time.
3. Giving Information report about availability East Java Network to Management.
4. Preparing, Planning, Building, and, Maintaining Data Network department.
5. Maintaining power line carrier, microwave radio links, digital broadband fiber optics, and Optical Transmission System East Java network.
6. Maintaining plant operation in good condition including taking action for trouble-shooting and planning for emergency action.
7. Controlling stock of product to meet delivery planning.
8. Network As built drafter.
9. Improving management network of the plant operation including preparing Standard Operation Procedure.

1 January 2002 – 1 May 2004 (Network Administrator)
Responsibility :
1. Handling customers' complaints and giving full support in application and knowledge as the added value of using our product.
2. Handling Networks to keep Available whenever, wherever just in time.
3. Giving Information to Network Engineer to keep Network Available.
4. Preparing, Planning, Building, and, Maintaining Data Network department.
5. Giving information to Customer loyalty department for Network Down time.

PT PLN (PERSERO) Distribusi Jawa Timur (16 September 1998 – 1 January 2002)
PT PLN (PERSERO) Distribusi Jawa Timur is Electricity utility company in East Java of Indonesia to supporting distribute Electricity on medium electricity network until small electricity network on home customers.
