E&I Engineer–(Kharafi National) Ltd. (Kuwait) in the petroleum & chemicals division in the following projects:
•Construction of steam flood facilities project; which is the first steam injection project in Kuwait, Scope of work is to increase the production of Crude Oil by Injecting Steam into the oil wells, in which water will be the main source which will be chemically treated and heated with Steam boilers. Complete in charge for all electrical & instrumentation activities and Co ordination with Clients and Sub contractors on the project for fulfill the requirements of Project Specification and Codes & Standards, my duty was the following
-Take off & procurement for all the material of the project.
Installation, testing & commissioning of switchgear panels,instruments,low voltage motors, valve actuators, battery chargers,generators &earthing system.
-Installation, testing &commissioning of chemical skids,steam generator, evaporator.
-Installation, testing & commissioning of medium voltage transformers, switchgear, compressor.
-Installation, loop testing & commissioning of instrumentation & SCADA system, hardwire & software installation, PLC’s communication through profibus, genius bus.
•Construction of Sulaibiya waste water treatment and reclamation plant(the plant capacity 400,000 m3/day)including pre-treatment and conventional treatment plant facilities,
-Installation, testing & commissioning of switchgear panels, instruments, low voltage motors,low voltage VSD’s and soft starter’s, compressors, valve actuators, battery chargers
-Dealing with medium voltage switchgear.
-Installation, loop testing & commissioning of instrumentation & SCADA system, hardwire & software installation, PLC’s communication through profibus, genius bus, fiber optic cables & FM modems.
-Installation, testing & commissioning of medium voltage transformers, VSD’s & motors.
