DCS control room operator in oil and gas field, covering utilities, power generators, gas lift, water injection, 3 phase separation,oil and gas export,wellhead, wire line operations,rig move/heavy lift assisting and safety (HSE)in general.

Being recruited by SEREPT/ELF (Societe de recherchι et d'exploitation des petroles en Tunisie) on July 1992 as a production technician on board in Off-Shore oil field.
Main tasks were:
-Production monitoring.
-Part of Safety teams (fire and emergency teams).
•Promoted to production team leader in charge of new recruited colleges training and familiarization with equipment/ installations.
• Assisting in various shut down/ start-up and in new equipment and process commissioning.
• In charge of process, gas lift, three phase separation and emulsion treatment, water injection and formation water treatment, laboratory sampling and tests.
• Doing periodically panel jobs.
• Carrying acting night shift supervisor.
bieng recruited by Qatar Petroleum (QP)on 1998 as DCS operator in Off shore oil and gas production.
Main tasks were:
• DCS: monitoring.
• Dealing with SAP SYSTEM .
• Implement and control Permit to work system.
• Starting, loading / unloading DEMAG Gas compressorl.
• Monitoring three phase separation with hydro-cyclones treatment.
• Monitor Marine Vessels, Barges, Drilling Rigs and Boat Movements.
• Monitoring Gas treatment.
• Controlling Glycol regeneration unit.
• Telemetry communication system for WHJ controls.
• Well testing using test separators and MPFM (Multi Phase Flow Meter) at multi wells jackets.
• Desalination unit:
. Poewer generations: three turbines TB-5000.
• Instrument air compressors and N2 unit
• Deluge Halon, CO2 and water mist systems for fire protection.
• Closely monitors all operational areas through the DCS.
• In the event of an emergency situation, initiate required procedure or actions until Supervisor arrives.
• Monitoring and controlling the flow of hydrocarbons from the reservoir to point of export. Ensuring export product quality.

• Consulting/advising DCS operators.
• Coaching local (Qatari) staff as part of my contract with QP.
• Permit controller.
• Responsible for safe, efficient and correct operation.
• Ensures subordinates and contractors are aware of the appropriate action to be taken in emergency or evacuation situations•
