Professional Experience
• Review the document preparations for digitizing activities
• Check the quality of digitized engineering documents (like As Built Drawings, Modifications, Specification and O & M Manuals)
• Coordinate with Technical Writers and Archivist to indexing the scanned documents
• Update the TDMS (Technical Document Management System) data base regularly
• Coordinate with drafting section to modify the approved modification request and incorporate in to TDMS
• Maintain/update hardware equipments and software by coordinating with suppliers
• Coordinate with Technical Writers to Configure TDMS application at user work stations
• Provide user training to TDMS users as needed
• Maintain Daily backup of TDMS & local Domain system with the help of Technical Writers/Archivists
• Manage and configure the licensing application, Flex-LM, services for TDMS and Hybrid Raster Editor applications
• Install, configure and maintain Operating Systems (Windows-2000 Server, Windows-2000 professional, Windows-XP, Unix, Linux etc)
• Install, configure and maintain application software Like MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera, Wise-Image, Rx-view, Rx-Index, Photo Shop, Visio etc.
• Review all Technical documentations of SWCC like Standard Job Instructions, Systems & procedure etc. and Publish them electronically in the intranet
• Edit and Publish the Operation instructions for Desalination and Power plants
• Install and configure and Maintain Operating Systems (Windows-2000 Server, Windows-2000 professional, Windows-XP, Unix, Linux )
• Install and configure and maintain Application software Like MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera, Wise-Image, Rx-view, Rx-Index, Photo Shop, Visio etc.
• Maintain more than 500 PCs installed in the plant
