Erection and commissioning of Gas compression plant at Sui Balochistan with Foster Wheeler Energy Limited (U.K) on behalf of PPL as an extension of existing gas compression plant by adding
Three new 2.2MW variable frequency drive compressors.
One new 7.2MW gas turbine driven compressor.
Responsible for E & I design & construction of the new SUL Gas Compression Station which is being commissioned at Sui Gas Field.
Review and final approved all the electrical diagrams of proposed Compression Station prepared by M/s. Foster Wheeler Energy Limited (U.K).
Testing and commissioning of variable frequency drive system with Hill Graham Control vendor specialist. Each drive rated 2.2MW at full speed and was based on a two quadrant; 12-pulse thyristor current source inverter with harmonic filter designed to limit harmonics to within G 5/3 specifications.
Installation & testing of three numbers prefabricated sub-station (Motor Control Station).
Testing of 6.6KV vacuum type switch gears with Reyrolle vendor specialist (MAKE REYROLLE LTD)
