Additional Information
The MSc in Hydrocarbon Enterprise furnished the general scientific, technical and managerial education necessary for responsible positions in oil and gas companies as well as energy consultants. Some of the modules covered, where geology, geophysics, well engineering, facilities engineering, petroleum economics, operating accounting, investment appraisal, negotiating and politics. I finished the classroom portion of this degree at the beginning of May 2004 and then generated and defended a dissertation. The dissertation drew on the material covered by my course of study and it was titled: ?§Hydrocarbon development in the Russian Arctic-potential and challenges?¨.
In addition, teamwork and performing under intensive conditions that simulated a real working environment were significant parts of the course.
