-14 Years experience in project & maintenance field in large / medium process and manufacturing industries.
- Execution, site supervision, commissioning & Plant Expansion. Demonstrated skill in performing and presenting cost control and analysis, schedule development and overall project reporting activities.
- Experience in identifying, organizing, monitoring and assigning tech and non tech personnel to cost/schedule work activities as per defined priorities.
- Technical knowledge of engineering, procurement and execution techniques. Knowledgeable of current industry and technical developments. Preparation & Review of process PID, single line diagrams, Relay Protection schemes.
Maintenance
-Over 5 years experience in project controls & 5years in Overall maintenance supporting to Production. Practiced recognized international standards of operation, maintenance & safety
- Strong hands-on Exposure in the Process Automation and Pneumatic system, Vacuum, Robotic, CNC System with Siemens & Allen-bradely PLC Logic with Operator interface,
- Handled maintenance of 132 kV switchyards, HT/LT Motors, Power Distribution, 11kV DG sets, Water, Air, A/C Utilities, Energy conservation, Office utilities and security system.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, planning, people management and communication skills with foresight.
- COMPUTER SKILLS: Certified A-Cad2005, MS Project, Repute make PLC Software, Maximo for routine PM & Equipment History updation.
