20 years experience in the Oil & Gas and Building Industries, working with both Oil companies and Contractors including comprehensive involvement in the following.

•Pre-contract experience covering preparation of tender documents, tender
evaluation and preparation of contract documents.
•Post Contract Administration Including evaluation of additional works,
rate build-ups, valuations, negotiation and settlement of claims and final
accounts.
•Cost Engineering Preparation of monthly and cash flow reports forecast
final cost, VOWD and cost estimating.
•Estimating Preparation of class II – V cost estimates and benchmarking
•Planning Preparation and development of baseline and re-baseline master
schedules and scheduling for programs, setting up logic based contract and
alignment to both cost and materials.
•Office and General Management Including setting up remote office
locations, general management of corporate offices, accounts and
administration.
•HR Recruiting, resourcing, policy procedure development and training
•Logistic & Material Management Including Import & Export of major
equipment, Procurement, RFQ’s, Expediting
