10 years working experience in protection, commissioning and maintenance field with multinational consulting, construction in oil and gas and petrochemical field.

maintenance contract with shell group petroleum development of oman "pdo" for their various power plants, pumping and gathering stations at north and south oman oil stations.leading a electrical team of 40 people to carry out the different jobs under the maintenance contract in pdo like protection relay testing, transformer maintenance, hv/lv circuit breaker, hv/lv motor maintenance, switch board /switch yard maintenance, ups & battery charger maintenance.

·trouble shooting for various compressors, motors, transformer and circuit breakers.
·fault finding and fault analysis for hv/lv protection scheme
·planning and scheduling the various electrical activities like preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and relay testing.
·manpower and resources allocation
·follow instruction and work details on job orders and establish priorities.
·prepare and checks relevant reports and maintains proper records and files.
·coordinates with other departments on matter related to electrical requirements and setting preventive maintenance and overhauling schedules as required.
·assistance and coordination of shutdown works.

·Testing of Alstom make relays like MICOM Over current relays P120, P121, P123, Directional O/C & Earth Fault relay KCEG, KCGG, Differential relay KBCH, MBCH, DTH31, Auto reclose relay KVTR, Synchronizing relay KAVS, KAVR. etc.
·Testing of different type Motor protection relays like ABB SPAM 150C, SPAM111, SPAJ160C, MCX913, MCX912, P&B make Micro Gold, MPC 2000D, GEC make MOPN etc.
·Testing of other relays like Frequency relay ABB-FC95-2, SPAF, Reverse power Relay MWTU etc.
