Schedule of Works

Prepare schedule of works demonstrating fulfilment of all contract requirements, which include specific requirements regarding restraints & milestones and interrelation with all co-contractors. Prepare the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) accordance with the project requirements. The schedule of works is prepared as logic linked time-scaled bar chart format with the Work Breakdown Structure, to show the sequence and interdependence of activities required for the complete performance of all items of work under the contract scope. The Schedule is prepared using the Critical Path Method technique using Primavera Project Planner (P3) software. Submit to Consultant the CPM network diagram, analysis of predecessor/successor relationships to explain and support the schedule bar chart. In preparing the schedule due care is exercised with respect to identifying all activities to cover the entire contract scope, identifying the durations of each of them and relationships between them, proper management of float and coordination of all subcontractors schedules.

Cost Loaded Schedule

Anticipated financial values of works are assigned to all the activities of the schedule of works in line with the contract BOQ.


Manpower Loaded Schedule

Estimate the number of man-days required for each of the construction schedule activities and assign the same to the schedule.

S Curves and Histograms

Cost curves and histograms for different manpower trades are prepared. A cash flow curve is prepared.
