Project : Simian Sienna & Sapphire (Gas Plant)
Position : Construction field supervisor
Supervised & participated in the following :
* Attended site daily & progress meetings, discussing every aspect of the project and the time schedule.
* Quality assurance of design mixes and all concrete products.
* Assisting in work procedures.
* As built for architectural & civil drawings.
* Supervised form work, rebar & concrete pouring for all foundations (equipment, pipe rack, gas turbine generator, compressors, slug catcher, open drain sumps…etc.)
* Fire proofing for steel structures and gas processing equipment skirts.
* 400 bored piles 40m deep.
* Grouting for steel structures and equipment (Epoxy, non shrink grout).
* 6000 m2 of concrete paving in addition to hydrocarbon resistant joint sealant.
* Injection of soil with cement grout.
* Foundations for 2 condensate storage tanks 45.0 m diameter 3000m3.
* Erection of pipe rack steel structure.
* Above & under ground protective coating.
* Cable trenches.
* Soil replacement.
* Asphalt paving.
* Supervising all civil activities for sub station building.

Position : Construction Civil Supervisor Engineer
* Supervising form work & rebar concrete pouring for all the buildings foundations, columns & slabs.

* Revision of architectural and civil drawings.
* Inside / outside plastering.
* Marble flooring.
* Sanitary works.
* Landscape.
* Soil replacement.
* Etc….

* Project: - Maadi city center mall.

* Kemper Military School and college USA (GPA 4.0).
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Ain Shams University (2002).
* Graduation project grade (Very Good).For the constructing of highways &airports department, project included designing & upgrading an existing high way while connecting a ship port with a nearby town.
