Process Key Roles & Functions
1. Responsible smooth and safe operation of entire plant in shift.
2. Restart the process equipment when tripping of plant.
3. Ensure safe operating procedures & maintenance activities.
4. Activity of emergency shutdown and start-up.
5. Issuing safe work permits and generating daily and weekly reports.
6. Operation of Furnace, water bath heater, heater (hot oil) system & its light-up.

Commissioning Roles & Functions.
1. Assisting the pre-commissioning activities.
2. Reviewing P & ID, PFD, Logic diagrams etc. from a process safety point of view.
3. Purging N2 test, Gas test, Hydro jetting and testing, water, Air and Steam flashing, Passivation of each & every equipment.
4. Checking the equipment for proper clearing, Leakage and Tightness checking.
5. Internal and external inspection of each and every equipment.
6. Trouble Shooting during electrical failure, instrument air failure, and emergency shut down etc.
7. Report time-to-time abnormalities and take corrective measures according to the instructions from control room.


Involved the production platform( PP-1) Commissioning and operation in halul island-Qatar .
Involved the drilling platform (DP-1) revamping in halul island-Qatar.
Operation involved at the time of rig moving and jack-up.

1. First class (60.5% marks) in Chemistry in Bachelor Degree (3 year)
Major: Chemistry, Physics and Maths.
2. First class (65%marks) in Higher Secondary course (Major: Chemistry, Physics & Maths)

) Program on (BOSET) Helicopter Under Water Escape Training (HUET), Personal Sea Survival, Fire Fighting, First aid & BA Set Induction conducted by Emirates Technical & Safety Development Center–U.A.E
2) Program on Life Boat COXSWAIN conducted by Emirates Technical & Safety Development Center–U.A.E
3) Program on Permit to Work (PTW Level -2) conducted by Qatar Petroleum-Qatar
4) Program on H2S Escape course Conducted by Venture gulf training center-Qatar
5) Program on Helicopter landing officer Conducted by Gulf Helicopter-Qatar
8) Program on Authorization: Preparatory Course For Non Electrician Personnel Conducted by APAVE -Qatar

3. Capable of using common tools for consequence analysis including jet fire, pool fire, flammable dispersion, Deluge, sprinkler, monitors & hydrants systems etc.
4. Work is supervised and is subject to regular checking
5. Day to day operations related safety issues and helps determine safety.
6. Understanding of how various loss prevention systems fit together and is able to assist.
7. Extensive amount of co-ordination & co-operation.
