Designs, develops and prepares from original sketches, piping layouts, major equipment layouts, structural layout and site dimensions.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Check Piping isometrics against Master P & ID and project specifications considering the intergrity of the design and recommended practices.
• Responsible for Checking of Piping/Equipment Layout designed by KBR to be workable, in accordance with ASME/API codes & safety standards.
Perform detailed piping layout/design of process & utility lines taking into consideration its operability, maintainability, accessibility,
cost-effectiveness & other project specifications.
• Perform study/calculations of pipe spool weight/Inch-Dia and its impact to Offshore Hook-up installation considering fabrication, erection, and cost.

Position : Senior Piping PDS Designer
Duties/Responsibilities
• Perform detailed piping layout/design of process & utility lines taking
into consideration its operability, maintainability, accessibility,
cost-effectiveness & other project specifications.
• Pipe support design & selection.
• Perform Piping PDS partition development(pipe/equipment modeling)
• Prepare sketch of Non-standard/special supports
• Communicate & interface with other disciplines such as Civil &
Structural, Control Systems, Electrical, & Mechanical Group during
the Detailed engineering/design development phase of the project.
Squad checking of equipment, Structural and miscellaneous steels.
• Self checking of isometric drawings against Master P & ID considering the integrity of the design base on project requirements, material specification,good design philosophy and practice.
