I have 16 years experience in Construction, Inspection, Commissioning & start-up of Instrumentation Systems in Petrochemical and Oil & Gas sectors of which 10 years were working in Oman on Petroleum Development Oman Projects ( Shell ).

The main duties were to check all P & IDs, Cable schedules, I/O lists and vendor drawings and
Schedules for discrepancies, and to Engineer the solutions to the various problems in the pump
houses, co-ordinate the Loop checking, Function Testing of the Instruments, Valves, MOVs and
Electro Hydraulic operated valves.

Checking and collecting all the various Certification documents, Drawings, P&IDs certificate of
Conformity etc, on the various pieces of Instrumentation equipment to gain Mechanical completion
and then to progress to Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and finally start-up. Check and verify
All punch list items and sign off when items rectified.

Confirming all the equipment was fit for purpose and the entire Instrumentation Paper work was in
Place to ensure client satisfaction for completion and Hand over.
