A Diploma Mechanical Engineer with ASNT Level-2 in RT, UT, MPT &PT having steady-state experience in construction activities / projects/Shop floor (Static Equipments as well as Piping &Structural) since 1989.

1.Study of drawings like GAD, P & ID, Isometrics and other associated drawings
2. Site Management since Mobilization, Labor management and planning for the completion of the
Jobs as per Prepared schedule
3. Material identification as per the specifications and preparation of cutting plans for the fabrication of
the spools
5. Preparation of the job break-up schedule and implementing the same
6. Planning for mobilization of Manpower and Machinery as per the regular job schedules and Shut-
down Requirements

7. Inspection of Tools & tackles to avoid delay in fabrication and erection
8. Ensure the compliance of the Safety procedures observed during the execution of the job with
Respect to the HSE standards 9. Knowledge of working with PCOS (Project completion system) & SICON.

Record (PQR),conducting welder qualification test (WQT) under the provisions of
ASME Section IX, and API 1104
„« Welding inspection on various materials such as CS, LTCS, Alloy Steel, SS, DSS,
MS, Nickel, Monel, Inconal, CuNi, Copper and Titanium etc., including procedure
qualification, training and qualification of welders, surveillance inspection of
Production welding, RT interpretation, witnessing of non-destructive and destructive Testing.
