Duties & Responsibilities:-

Report to Section Head / Engineer, Responsible to carry out the following activities,
• Execute necessary corrective maintenance to minimize plant downtime
• Diagnose ,analyze, determine the root cause and execute reliable solution
• Perform trouble shooting, repair and maintenance including preventative and corrective maintenance for a variety of control systems such as DCS PLC,ESD, Gas turbine control systems Fire&Gas etc.
• Calibration of various field and control Instruments
• Complies with safety conditions ,practices on all equipments and observes the work permit regulations
• Perform repair disassembling, referring equipment manuals, technical drawings /or sketches and checking of parts and attachments, repairing or replacing work parts, reassembling, testing and tunning various control equipment using the necessary materials, spare parts in accordance with the Supervisor’s direction and Company’s established standards, codes and practices.
• Direct and participate in the implementation of plant instrument modification work in accordance with established procedures.
• Familiar with the P&ID’s, loop sheets,ladder drwg, ESD logic cause & effects and schematic diagrams.
• Assist the process crew as necessary attending all shut-down&stat-up activities
• Maintain routine records of work completed and details of maintenance work carried out includes filing maintenance request forms, special equipment reports calibration report and daily report of activities
• Carry out the duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s procedures when emergency situations occur

Honeywell T.D.C 3000,, Speed Tronic Gas Turbine control system of Mark IV & Mark V(TMR), Bently Niveda 3500,CCC Antisurge Controller ,Detronics Eurotherm, GeFanucPLC, Fisher, Masnolliean,Endress&Hauser,Instromat Instrumentation Ltd, Hartman & Braun, Moore, Siemens,Allenbradely, Valvtek, Asco, Rosemount ,Bifi, Khrone Marshall, Kent, Magnetrol, Switzer, Crospy, Deltapi etc.

Calibrtion equipment:Druck,Unomat,Jofra Beamax,Fluke,Bourden berg etc
