Updating Stocks Movement Reports for the storage facility (including: Incoming - Outgoing - Gain / Loss - Transportation Gain / Loss Calculation - Average Product Density.
Issuance of the balance sheets for stock available in the storage facility.
Updating inventory of fixed assets for the storage facility.
Coordination with associate organizations on daily basis, the plan of fuel transportation from terminals to airport, and following up the subcontractors in charge.
Issuance of payments due on EXXONMOBIL (cash & checks) for suppliers and sub contractors, etc.
Issuance of biannual financial statements to head office and associate organizations.
Reviewing expenses log of associates.
Issuance of Faster Report.
Issuance of time sheets and transportation allowances for personnel Expenses & Overtime Consolidation).
Issuance and renewal of gate passes and work permits for personnel to enter the airport area.
Following up utility bill payments and maintenance contracts.
Arrangement for regular meetings between EXXONMOBIL and associates.
Arrangement for regular Risk assessments and safety meetings with personnel.
