Present Responsibilities:

- Lead Planning Engineer for the Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation work of the Project

- Planning of Temporary Site & Camp Facilities.

- Developed the Level 4 Schedule for the Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation activities.

- Developed the Progress Measurement System.

- Worked out the Resource requirements - Manpower & Equipments Histograms.

- Developing Detailed working Schedules in Primavera for various sub systems of the Plant

- Preparing & Sending Daily Reports on Production Progress as well as Manpower & Equipment Deployment.

- Preparation of Detailed Weekly & Monthly Reports to Customers covering entire aspects of the Project, which includes various S-Curves, Histograms & an updated Master Schedule (Primavera)

- Preparation of 3 Weeks / 3 Months Look Ahead Schedules

- Contractual Correspondence with the Customer.

- Leading the Material Management Team.

- Managing the Lower Tier Sub-Contractors, co-ordination & expediting the works, verification of progress & Certification of their Invoices.

- Internal Review with Functional Superintendents & Project Manager

- Attending the Progress Review Meetings and Co-ordination Meetings with Customer /Owner.

- Measurement of Progress, getting the Certification, co-ordination with Commercial Dept. for raising the Invoice etc.

- Compiling the Day Works Sheets and registering extra claims with the Customer for works outside the Contract scope.

- Training Junior Planning Engineers.
