Job Responsibilities:
Consultant to clients, IT development and operational units.
Define business and technical models. Guide and QA the development of individual system components. Assess global IT trends and work with IT development and service units to identify and promote appropriate business and technical initiatives e.g. e-commerce, CRM, network management, server consolidation, databse issue, centralized business continuity planning.
Advise and assist IT delivery teams and clients with project definition and initiation, project planning, and project management.
Facilitate integrated planning and coordination across functional IT groups.
Assess the effectiveness of key IT processes (e.g. help desk, change management, project planning, project management, strategic planning) and plan and implement process improvement initiatives.
Promote, mentor and facilitate IT process compliance.

Masters in Electrical Eng, Masters in Biomedical Eng. and a BS in Physics and Math.
