In 1995, I opened an operated the first of four west coast offices and laboratories in Los Angeles California, throughout the next ten years I formed and managed three additional offices and laboratories in San Francisco California, Portland Oregon, and Bellingham Washington. As Manager I wrote and implemented all budgets and budget forecasting for the company, and produced monthly profit and loss statements for the company partners and accountants. Conduct and process invoicing and accounts receivables. Wrote and implemented ISO 9002 Quality programs and procedures for the field inspection personal and laboratories. Conducted quarterly internal quality audits, wrote and implemented company employee manual and specific job descriptions for each employee or department. Implemented company safety rules and HS&E policies, conducted bi-monthly safety and HS&E meetings. Solicited business for the west coast offices.

Inspectorate America Corporation is a worldwide petroleum inspection company; I was hired in 1988 to open their first office on the west coast of the U.S./Canada. As manager of the LA office I wrote budgets and budget forecasts, implemented and managed monthly profit and loss statements for the companies senior management. Conduct and process invoicing and accounts receivables. Recruited employees (40) designed the laboratory and office layout. Implemented company ISO 9002 quality procedures. Solicited company business for Los Angeles office and eventually the west coast. During my tenure at Inspectorate America I also opened and managed the Portland Oregon office and the Phoenix Arizona offices.
