As Manager I wrote and implemented all budgets and budget forecasting for the company, and produced monthly profit and loss statements for the company partners and accountants. Conduct and process invoicing and accounts receivables. Wrote and implemented ISO 9002 Quality programs and procedures for the field inspection personal and laboratories. Conducted quarterly internal quality audits, wrote and implemented company employee manual and specific job descriptions for each employee or department. Implemented company safety rules and HS&E policies, conducted bi-monthly safety and HS&E meetings. Solicited business for the west coast offices.
