I have a great deal of project management experience, commissioning, grass root Start up and turn around of various large scale petrochemical projects in many parts of the world.

My contributions have been varied and include:

• Safety, Area Emergency Director/ spill response overall responsibility for all areas of safe operations of a world scale ethylene facility.
• Hands on training, curriculum development, theoretical and practical examination preparation, manual writing
• On The Job Training Safety and Operations. Fire fighting and Emergency rescue.
• Mentoring of national personnel to take on the role of first line supervision
• Class room training and simulator training
• Operations, commissioning, trouble shooting
• Supervision first and second line for various world scale petrochemical units
• Management, budgeting, health and safety, hiring and team building etc.
• Manual writing, Standard Operating Procedures etc.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS:

RED DEER ASSOCIATION FOR THE MENTALLY HANDICAPPED - PRESIDENT I was actively involved in the community as the president of the association. I was part of the board of directors where we helped the association grow from an annual budget of $400,000 to over $5 million and a staff of approx 40 people to over 200 at a period when the rest of the province was downsizing.
