I have worked few months in EXPORT&IMPORT department too.

Programming&planing of Refinery department , piping , design and operation, new project of tank farm.
Duties&Responsibilties:

Prepared daily reports, investigation and preparation of the executive documentation for new projects.
Providing monthly mass balance & energy balance of units.
Design and processing change in the equipments and situation
of units with HYSYS software.

Head of piping team and operating for new tank farm project which has been accomplished in bandar abbas refinery in order to increase production capacity of refinery.

Developed and issued operating procedures, instructions, and safe work permits (as hot and cold permits).
Creating and checking in new project of bandar abbas refinery including:

unit flow diagram-UFD , process flow diagram-PFD , process and instrumentation-P&ID , heat and material balance and design of new heat-exchangers of fuel oil,

Isometric map for piping.

Responsible for design and optimization of piping from refinery to export jetty in order to increase rate of products.
Choosing the most suitable equipment in project such as (pumps , safety valves , control valves , orifice , pipe , ...etc) , often with engineering software such as HYSYS , PIPESYS.

Hydraulic calculation for piping systems ,pressure loss , heat transfer calculation , cooling system.

Design of control loop in order to adjust of produced fuel oil viscosity and temperature by B.R.C system .
Control of blending of products (gas oil , gasoline , fuel oil , asphalt ) by BRC and DCS ( Honeywell TDC 3000) .
