On shore Oil &Gas Production (Oil Stabilization, NGL Recovery, Gas Recycling Plant, Gas Lift Facilities and Water Injection Facilities).
-Provide direct engineering support to operations, involve in troubleshooting and process improvement,
-Conduct process simulation studies, and supervise studies carried out by third parties.
-Initiate studies, conduct process audit and recommend plant modification to improve efficiency, productivity, safety and cost saving,
-Review plant modification requests and ensure compliance with codes and common practices.
-Review process design, PID’s carried out by contractors.
-Carry out conceptual and optimization studies including generation of design options, evaluation based on technical and economics.
-Provide process input for preparation of FEED and Prepare scope of work for consultants to carry out conceptual studies.
-Participate in HAZOPS, Safety review, design review and represent production department for projects handled by company Engineering department or by contractors.
-Implement in-house Hazop recommendation,
-Manage unit performance reviews including test runs,
-Develop and review instruction manuals,
-Answer technical inquiries, make technical recommendations, and develop process procedures.
